San Diego AEP supports environmental professionals by providing a variety of educational programs and networking events. Members and non-members alike are invited to attend our lunch programs, workshops, social events, and CEQA Workshops.

Chapter luncheons are a great way for our members to come together for informational presentations by local specialists. Non-members are welcome at most Chapter events. Join the mailing list for event announcements and registration invitations.

For event information or luncheon topic ideas, contact the Co-Vice Presidents of Programs, Alexandra Martini and Chelsea Ohanesian, by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

CEQA WORKSHOPS

San Diego hosts two CEQA Workshops every year for beginer and experienced practitioners.  Each fall, AEP holds a CEQA Essentials Workshop to provide fundamentals of the CEQA Statute and State Guidelines, and as a refresher for intermediate-level practitioners. The Advanced CEQA Workshop held each spring is designed to help consultants, regulators, applicants, and industry professionals stay current on legal trend, and "hot topics" affecting the application of the Law and Guidelines. Workshops are approved for AICP and MCLE credits.
